Overview

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bangkok’s Khlong Toei district, Panetti Pizza offers a fresh take on authentic Italian dining. This Italian restaurant shines with its Napoli-style pizzas, baked in a dome-shaped oven that delivers a thin, crispy crust with a tender, slightly wet center—a hallmark of traditional Neapolitan technique. The intimate setting, featuring cozy counter seats, invites pizza lovers to enjoy a close-up view of the craftsmanship behind each pie.

The menu is a thoughtful blend of classic and innovative dishes. Signature pizzas like the Diavola Romana stand out with spicy soppressata and pickled jalapeños, balancing heat and tang with fresh San Marzano tomatoes and creamy stracciatella. Vegetable-forward options, such as the VG Vegana with Edo vegan mozzarella and zucchini carpaccio, speak to a growing demand for more inclusive, plant-based choices without compromising on flavor or texture.

Beyond pizza, Panetti’s appetizers and snacks complement the meal with refined simplicity. The Castel Vetrano olives bring Mediterranean herbs and spice to the fore, while the Frittatina Di Amatriciana offers a rich fusion of tomato, pecorino, and guanciale in a crisp spaghetti fritter. Desserts like the Affogato marry classic Italian flavors, pairing velvety vanilla ice cream with robust espresso for a perfect finish.

Customer experiences reveal a place that prides itself on quality ingredients and straightforward Italian flavors. While some note the pizzas as a bit soggy in the center, this remains faithful to Napoli’s tradition and does not detract from the overall taste. The staff, though sometimes perceived as ordinary in service, are consistently quick and friendly, ensuring smooth service even during busy hours. This attentiveness suits both casual diners and those seeking a genuine Italian pizza experience in Bangkok.

Panetti Pizza’s location along Sukhumvit Road makes it accessible and convenient, bridging the gap between authentic Italian cuisine and the dynamic Bangkok dining scene. It appeals to food enthusiasts eager to explore traditional Italian flavors with a modern twist, as well as to vegans and vegetarians looking for exceptional plant-based options. For those craving quality pizza beyond the standard offerings, Panetti presents a well-curated menu, a welcoming atmosphere, and an honest taste of Italy’s culinary heritage.

First of all, you won’t be disappointed and it is a good pizza, well above asian average. Not the best, but good enough anyway. It could be better if the sauce was thicker, less wet and more salty. You can add salt, chili flakes, oregano, chili oil and olive oil yourself at least when eating in restaurant, so you can make it yours. The salami in diavola is not italian or spicy, but it is again good enough. If you want real italian salami picante, you can visit Bianca on the second floor. I’m not saying that the pizza there is a lot better, they are different and both good in their own ways. Young employees who seem to be just working there, not bad customer service but nothing to write home about. At least they are fast and I have always gotten my pizza in just a few minutes, even during rush hour when some other places (Spotted Pig) have refused to serve me.

The pizza here is pretty good, it was refreshing to see Vegan options for Pizza in Bangkok. One Pizza per person is a good amount to order so it gets a little pricey. The staff were very nice.

Good Napoli style pizza. Very wet in the middle I know some sogginess is normal with this style of pizza. But it was really soggy. Still ate everything Good quality ingredients and the taste is good. We ordered Margherita pizza and one other but I don’t remember the name but it had pepperoni and peppers. Super friendly restaurant staff. Overall decent Napoli style pizza in the middle of Bangkok.

Happen to just wonder and look at what's there in the Empshere to eat, and my pick was the best ever! A crazy mad love for pizza, and I saw their menu and got curious. Random order with something rare. Stated on the menu. "Beirut Pizza", Lamb Sausages! And after the first pizza, I ordered again!! Best pizza ever I taste in Bangkok.

Cozy Counter Seats Oven Pizza! We grabbed a seat at the counter and watched our pizza bake in a dome shaped oven. We ordered the Funghi e Salsiccia Romana (520 THB)—the crust was perfect, and the toppings were tasty, though the Italian sausage had a slightly gamey note. Still, a really enjoyable pizza! The server recommended the **Diavola** for next time, so I’ll definitely be back to try it. Great spot for pizza lovers!
